Dear Valued Customer,

As you would expect, we at James Cowie & Co. Ltd , have been completely focussed on the developing coronavirus situation, monitoring and assessing the latest information and guidance.

In all of our related decision making, the health of our customers, our team, subcontractors and wider society, has been at the forefront of our thinking, and we are committed to doing the right thing.

We now have a responsibility to close our manufacturing factory, offices and all construction site installation activities.

We will therefore be closing our operational activities, effective from 16.00 hours today 24th March 2020, and we see this as a responsible action in an exceptional situation.

Please note that this action will remain the case on a temporary basis and that we will continue to review matters regularly and will resume our business operations again when it is deemed safe to do so.

We have to accept that this action will impact our incredibly important clients and customers, and we are aware of the inevitable financial implications, but we need to do the right thing for society, for our healthcare system and, most importantly for you and your families.

We are all on an unknown journey with Coronavirus and we must do everything we can to mitigate the spread of the virus. Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected and we hugely value the healthcare workers and those on the front line working to contain the virus and keep us all safe.

I would like to personally thank you for your ongoing commitment and support during this time of uncertainty.

Yours sincerely,
